Paul Miller

Paul got his start in the construction industry working under several General Contractors, Architects, and Engineers for many years. He worked as a Project Supervisor for custom home builders and general contractors in the Walton and Okaloosa counties between 2004 and 2017. After years of training and schooling from state certified licensing schools, Paul received his accreditation in residential and commercial construction. Following his schooling, Paul attained his license as a Residential Contractor in 2017 and as a Building Contractor in 2021 from the State of Florida. Paul is also certified in the design software “2020 Design” which allows him to create stunning 2D and 3D renderings of projects.

Paul’s licenses and certifications along with his years of experience and training working on residential and commercial construction projects gives him the skill set needed to manage a variety construction projects. Whether it’s a new construction project or a simple remodel, residential or commercial, Paul is well qualified to provide property owners with accurate detailed estimates on their projects, and to manage those projects to their completion, on time and on budget.

From building new homes or commercial buildings to renovating existing properties, Paul and his team continues to set a high standard of excellence. In just over the past 5 years Coastal States Renovations has worked on a combined 73 projects, including new homes, along with remodeling existing homes and condominiums.
